In 2009 we rolled out our Arizona Department of Labor (DOL) Certified Apprenticeship Program for the Plumbing and Sheet Metal trades. This is one of the many ways we set ourselves apart from our competition and provide opportunities for advancement.

Equivalent to a $30,000 full-ride scholarship! Over a 4-year period, apprentices are paid for both their time spent in the classroom as well as time spent during on-the-job training. Upon graduation, an apprentice can be certified as either a Journeyman Plumber or a Sheet Metal Journeyman!
