Sun Mechanical was the general contractor for the complete demolition and complete installation of (2) new Cleaver Brooks High Pressure Boilers that are roughly sized at 30’ x 15’ x 15’. This capital improvement project required multiple different divisions of scopes including soil inspection/testing, demolition, helical piles, concrete, structural steel, roofing, plumbing, process piping, heavy equipment installation, HVAC,
insulation, electrical, and painting. Sun mechanical provided all in-house divisions as well as subcontractors needed to complete this project in the provided schedule to the owner.
