HUB TUCSON V

Sun Mechanical was selected as the plumbing & mechanical contractor for Core Spaces phase V of the The Hub Tucson. This high end student housing project consisted of a 10-story, 648-bed student apartment complex near the University of Arizona, consisting of 161 units and covering approximately 274,000 square feet.

The facility features a range of amenities, including a fitness center, lounge areas, study rooms, and a rooftop pool. The HVAC system is equipped with efficient heat pumps, designed to enhance energy efficiency and maintain optimal comfort throughout the building.
