Project Description
La Posada at Pusch Ridge is a senior living project consisting of multiple buildings spread out over an 80-acre parcel and represents phase 1 of a multi phased development. The first phase consists of a 350,000-square-foot 5 story facility with a detached two-level parking structure, resort-level amenity building and significant site development. Amenities include multiple dining venues, kitchen, pool and spa, and multi-use rooms and gym and. The units offer residents a higher degree of customization than a typical multifamily apartment complex.
Sun Mechanical was awarded the plumbing and mechanical systems for all of the commercial, retail and amenity spaces through a competitive bidding process. The plumbing systems for the project includes all common plumbing systems in addition to stainless steel grease waste and high temperature hot water systems serving the large commercial kitchen. The HVAC utilizes a combination of packaged rooftop units as well as VRF systems for zone control.
