The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain Resort spans approximately 310,000 square feet over a vast 850-acre property. The hotel features 227 guest rooms and 26 detached casita rooms, offering guests a luxurious experience. The resort includes multiple high-end ballrooms, meeting rooms, three premium dining options, a full-service luxury spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Sun Mechanical was awarded the project through an early trade partner selection process, which included budgeting, constructability reviews, and scheduling input at various stages of design. The HVAC systems for the resort include central water-cooled, primary variable flow chilled water, central primary-secondary heating water, and central domestic hot water plants. The resort is conditioned using hydronic, four-pipe terminal units, which are fed from the central plant systems, ensuring peak comfort and optimal efficiency throughout the property.
