Canyon Vista Medical Center is a 176,000-square-foot, four-story healthcare facility located on a 77-acre campus in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This new replacement facility includes 106 patient beds and serves as a regional healthcare hub offering a variety of services, including emergency care, surgery, and specialized treatment.

Key areas of the facility include a surgical suite with operating rooms, an ICU, imaging department, emergency department, birthing suite, and a psychiatric wing. Each area requires advanced HVAC systems with precise control of temperature, humidity, and air filtration to ensure patient safety and comfort. Special attention was given to critical areas like the operating rooms, ICU, and imaging, which demand strict environmental controls to maintain sterility and equipment performance.
