Marleena Lauver, Senior Project Manager

Marleena has more than 15 years in the mechanical construction business, more than a decade of which has been as a Project Manager. She specializes in project management for healthcare construction. She completed the MCA Mechanical Project Management Certification Program, attended the ABC Project Management Institute at Purdue University, and completed the ABA LDF Institute.

Karl Schlaefer, Project Manager

With more than 35 years in the mechanical construction industry, Karl has been on the Sun Mechanical team for more than a decade. He has worked in nearly all aspects of the trade, from fabrication to the field. This combined with his time as a foreman and field superintendent gives him the hands-on experience needed to manage projects of all sizes.

Nick Carrasco, Project Manager

Nick has over 25 years in the mechanical construction industry. He joined the Sun Mechanical team in 2003 as an HVAC Lead Journeyman, transitioned to the HVAC foreman role, then on to General Foreman. Nick has successfully worked on and managed both small and large projects. As a Project manager, he now oversees most small- and mid-size projects.
